A global organization specialising in mission-critical services and solutions is looking for a Software Support Specialist to manage and assist clients using Maven (disease surveillance and outbreak management system) and provide them with technical software assistance with SQL server and SQL developer.

A combination of the following skills is required:

  • Excellent knowledge of SQL, Jira & enterprise software.
  • 2+ years’ experience reproducing and troubleshooting software issues & customer service.
  • Knowledge of public health industry and Maven is a plus.
