Manufacturing software support analyst required for my Shropshire based client, a globally recognised manufacturing and solutions business.

Reporting to the Applications Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical IT software support and training.
  • Developing customer oriented solutions based on my clients own software products
  • Supporting and helping to guide customer through implementation.

This role is supporting in house and specific external software products (Q-DAS and Smart Quality) however experience of application support on a manufacturing or production environment would be considered, as would any experience of the following.

  • Supporting Manufacturing software
  • Supporting software implementation
  • Understanding of Network Infrastructure
  • SQL Database

Full training is offered and you will be working alongside existing engineers as part of the training. This is a chance to join a company with a global reputation, who have set the benchmark by which others in this sector are measured.

This role will require a regular visits to client sites, largely Midlands based in this instance.
