Position- Software Support Analyst
Salary- £24k to £28k per annum dependant on experience
Responsibilities for the Software Support Analyst
• General App support experience
• CDK experience (beneficial)
• Provide expert support
• resolve user queries
• Ensure that Software Support service is adequately manned
• System and database knowledge
• Provide expert support for CDK DMS issues
