Software Sales Executive required for UK start-up of an established European SaaS Vendor providing HCM solutions to customer of all levels.
Salary To £60K plus commission approx. £25k plus benefits
This is an exciting opportunity to shape & develop the UK market with the resources, structure, practices and backing of this forward-thinking software provider.
- Previous experience working in Software Application sales (ideally HR / HCM, Recruitment, Learning, Attendance, Payroll or similar)
- Consultative sales approach; "Solution Selling" and strong deal-closing ability
- Creativity in sales / business approaches to disrupt competition
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with Board/C-level decision makers
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Hands-on and willing to go beyond the scope of responsibilities ("start-up" attitude)
- Experience of CRM
You will be a talented and target driven Software/SaaS sales executive able to work on a sales process of around 3 months, focusing on medium to enterprise customers across all sectors, largely with an international presence.
Flexible Based - You can be fully remote or you can use their offices in London, however many days you would like.
