Base Salary Range c. £40-60K (negotiable on experience), OTE £100K+, Car Allowance, Pension & Benefits

Residing in the North West of England or in Yorkshire, home based, reporting to a Manchester HQ.

We're looking for talented Software Solutions Sales Executives to work for our client, who are a long-established supplier of Workforce Management SaaS Solutions.

They wish to speak with people who have a demonstrable track record of software sales success, if that’s you, then you could be exactly who we are looking for. There are two opportunities available; we are looking to recruit either two new business focussed individuals, or alternatively one new business focussed sales person and one account management sales professional.

To be considered for these roles, you should be an experienced software sales professional, who utilises a consultative sales approach and who is comfortable operating at C-suite level. Individuals with prior experience selling a Workforce Management / HR Software type of solution would be desirable, though this experience is not essential. Similarly, if you have experience selling into any of the following sectors, this would be of definite interest, being: Distribution / Warehouse, Emergency Services, Field Service, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Transport and Utilities.

The business is a privately owned company, established for 20 years, that employs a highly professional, friendly team (approximately 30 in number currently, but set to grow in line with planned expansion). The Directors take pride in encouraging employee’s to grow and progress during their employment, which is reflected in a happy ship and low staff turnover.

The software you will be selling is very well received and continually updated; it has been sold to a large client set of corporate and enterprise sized businesses and organisations from the above listed industry sectors.
