Software Sales Executive for new business sales of property management and facilities management software. The role is based in SW London; the company has offices throughout the world but most of your work will be in the London and south-east area and you will have to go into the office a fair amount, so you need to live in reasonable commuting distance of their UK office which is convenient for Fulham, Victoria, Kew, Barnes and Putney. Base salary up to £60k with an OTE of £120k uncapped.
They are expanding and this is therefore a new position for the sales team. They are looking for a new business hunter, who is professional, charismatic, ambitious and hungry for sales success. You will have the back up of an excellent marketing department and a fabulous tele-sales team who will help provide good leads and appointments for you.
They sell a very successful facilities management solution that allows property owners to manage, maintain and plan their properties and work spaces. Their modular and flexible software is used for dealing with maintenance, repairs, asset management, planning, work orders, hazards, stock control, resource management, and contractor management. Many of their clients are large retailers, county councils, banks, hospitals, universities or any type of business with multiple buildings and lots of workspace and maintenance requirements. User numbers are 10 - 200 and a typical implementation would be 50 days and 50 users.
They are looking for an experienced Software Sales Executive who has a track record in new business sales, excellent presentation skills and a thorough understanding of application software sales.
Ideally you will have knowledge of Property Management or Facilities Management software, or something similar such as Construction software, Asset Management software, Rentals software, Real Estate software, ERP software, CAFM, Maintenance software or possibly Retail software.
You will certainly be accomplished at selling complex software solutions, contributing as part of a collaborative sales team, meeting or exceeding your targets, and delivering strong presentations.
They will give you enough product training to enable you to understand the software well enough to sell it and you will be able to shadow a sales person initially to see how it functions and how it demos. Their software is classy, they are very specialist and the management team are great.
You are an enthusiastic Software Sales Executive who can follow up on enquiries, make appointments, deliver excellent presentations, document your processes, manage your CRM, and maintain good communication with clients, consultants and your team.
