Software Sales Executive- BI/Analytics Software

My client has been providing specialist Business Intelligence (BI) software for over 10 years and has a proven track record of 100’s of successful implementations.
Their suite of HCM focussed BI solutions helps you to monitor and significantly improve performance across your organisation, allowing you to measure what’s working and what’s not; where to cut costs and where to invest more; and how to maximise operational efficiency across your business. These solutions are based on SAP Hana / Business Objects / Lumira, IBM Cognos and Microsoft BI.
Due to tremendous growth in this area we looking for an experienced software sales executive who can sell enterprise BI/Analytics into the HCM domain.
To sell market leading HCM focussed BI/Analytics solutions to new business clients, delivering a sales target focused on Software and Services. You will deliver consultative sales in support of the customer's bigger goals to reach better performance throughout their company.
What you need to know about this role:
- Proven solution from a pedigree organisation in the HCM software space offering Reporting & Analysis, Big Data, Workforce Planning, Predictive Analytics and Data Visualisation
- Solid references with over 700 customer implementations
- Genuine opportunity to achieve OTE
- Solid support structure including marketing, lead generation, pre-sales and experienced executive team
- Achieve agreed revenue targets by maintaining and developing close, productive, profitable and mutually beneficial sales relationships with prospects and customers
- Revenue will be solely focused on new business sales of HR BI/Analytics software
- Produce, review, and report on business plans on a regular basis
- Extensive involvement in market analysis, developing prospects, identifying new product fit and pricing opportunities
- Monitor, review and report on lead development, conversion, marketing and sales achievement against business plans
- Produce a regular sales forecast for senior management review
- Create and maintain professional business relationships (partnerships) with all key internal staff as well as external partners
- 5 years+ experience selling enterprise BI into the HCM domain
- You would have worked for an enterprise software vendor who also provides BI and Analytics software designed for HCM, or a mainstream BI vendor who has solid domain experience in HCM
- Sold products such as SAP Hana / Business Objects / Lumira, IBM Cognos or Microsoft BI
- Used to delivering and over achieving against an £800K+ annual quota for software and services
- Experience of selling on-premise and SaaS solutions
- Prepared for travel throughout the UK
