About the role

We are looking to hire an experienced application software implementer, ideally with knowledge and experience of the recruitment industry. You will join our team of three implementation consultants to implement our in-house developed cloud-based software solution for our clients. This is a client facing role so you will need to have a commercial approach with good communication skills.

RSM Employer Services delivers back office services and software only cloud-based solutions to clients. These include payroll, online accounting, pay and bill services for the recruitment sector, time and billing software, and company secretarial. The company both develops and supports its own applications as well as implementing other solutions.

About the job

You will be responsible for the implementation of cloud-based software services for new and existing clients in the recruitment industry. Being the clients' primary point of contact, you will liaise with and provide support to the client during the implementation. You will facilitate knowledge transfer to the client and apply your knowledge and experience to the understanding of the clients' requirements and the solving of problems and issues. You will work closely with clients and the rest of the implementation team but also liaise with the wider Sales, Account Management, Development and Support teams, where necessary. On occasions you may be required to provide support for clients at the weekend. This is typically rare and any requirement would be agreed in advance.

About the ideal candidate

You will ideally be an experienced application software implementer with knowledge of the recruitment industry. You will demonstrate good communication and team working skills, and a willingness to learn.



  • Experience in implementing application software
  • Good team working skills with the ability to share workload and tasks
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Confident presenting remote (Microsoft Teams) training sessions with clients


  • A knowledge of the recruitment industry and any related software e.g. Payroll or Bullhorn CRM Front Office solutions
