Due to continued growth we are recruiting for several roles within our In-house Software Development team. The team is responsible for many business systems that are used across all practice areas as well as externally for our clients.

We have invested heavily in cutting-edge technology and as a business have won a number of prestigious industry awards and as such are looking to recruit both entry level (post-grad) and experienced software developers.

You will be exposed to all aspects of software development and the work is likely to involve both development of new features and maintenance of existing functionality:

  • Analysis - liaising with relevant users and applying business knowledge.

  • Coding - writing code, primarily in C#, to an acceptable standard as judged by your peers. This may involve pair-programming.

  • Testing - writing unit tests, carrying out integration tests, arranging for user acceptance testing.

  • Deployment - assisting with deployment of software and user training.

  • Support - dealing with simple user questions, bug reports and feature requests, escalating more complex issues to senior colleagues.

Depending upon your level of appointment you will demonstrate;

Entry level

  • Degree in a technical subject
  • A passion for computer programming and a grasp of programming fundamentals in either C#, Java or pythonC#, Java or python

Experienced level

  • Degree in a technical subject
  • A sufficient level of experience of commercial software development
  • Competency in programming with a language such as C#, Java or python
