Software Developer - Graphics - 3D - GPU - CUDA (Outside IR35 )

We have brand new contract requirement for a Software Developer ( 3D Graphics - GPU - CUDA) to join a cutting edge medical devices company in Cambridge. You will be working on a brand-new cutting-edge imaging medical device, focused on the development of software for 3D Imaging, including GPU acceleration. Project is expected to last 12 / 18 months, initial contract will be 3 months, with extensions to follow.

Excellent rates available and it will be OUTSIDE IR35.

Contract Embedded Software Engineer / Firmware Engineer requirements.

  • Proficiency in 3D graphics and GPU Compute and Graphics APIs like CUDA
  • Ability to program in low level languages
  • Programming skills in C and/or C++
  • Proven experience in 3D graphics

Location: South Cambridgeshire (commutable from Bedford, North London, Cambridge, Stevenage, Harlow and Bury St Edmunds)

Rate: £50 - £65 per hour - initial 3 month contract assignment with high probability of extension. Experienced Contractors and 'first time' contractors welcome -if you haven't worked on a contract / temp basis previously we can assist with getting you set up in this highly lucrative way of working.
