LOADSPRING OFFERS:

  • Basic Salary: £40,000-£50,000

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as primary technical support contact for global customers
  • Provide software and application support for complex technical issues via phone, email and the LoadSpring Platform
  • Perform technical investigations, trouble-shoot problems and provide solutions by using software, server and technical skills
  • Participate in continual training to reach Subject Matter Expert status on multiple applications
  • Contribute to the knowledgebase and became an expert in the LoadSpring Platform and supported applications
  • Own and manage cases through their lifecycle
  • Escalate technical support issues that require deeper investigation
  • Accurately maintain internal log of correspondence with customer and technical interactions with customers

WHAT YOU PRESENT:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer facing technical, software, or application support role
