Software / Application Support Analyst
This international software company is currently seeking an application support analyst to join their existing team due to continued expansion. You will be joining a highly skilled support team and will gain the opportunity to continue to develop your career and skill set.
You will be supporting their own software suite across a wide range of customers and will be working to provide end user support and 1st and 2nd line level. You will be investigating and recreating issues to determine root cause as well as and resolving issues as well as getting involved in deployment activities, including performing system testing and training.
You will work closely with customers, ensuring expectations are effectively managed by providing clear and open communication and striving to provide the highest service standards.
You will have some experience of working in a software / application support role and will have excellent communication skills and a service orientated approach. You will be able to work with in a varied and structured environment and be used to working to highly professional standards in all aspects of your role.
