Sociology Teacher

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sociology teacher for a fantastic school in North West London. This post is to start immediately on a full time basis. It will involve teaching Sociology at Key Stages 4 and 5 in an established Social Sciences faculty. The school are keen to meet teachers ASAP, this is a great opportunity to work in a progressive school. The school would ideally like to meet candidates this week or over the half term break with a view to starting after the February half term.

The curriculum at the school follows statutory National Curriculum requirements and is enriched by a broad and balanced range of subjects. All students entering the school have equal access to all aspects of the curriculum. Those with special needs, either high or low ability, are mainly taught in mainstream classes with additional support being offered through differentiated material and classroom support.

REQUIREMENTS

Applications are welcome from teachers at any stage in their career including NQT's and both British trained Sociology teachers and overseas trained Sociology teachers will be considered for this position.
