Hourly Rate: £17.75 - £19.40
Salary: £32,403.57 - £35,414.82 per annum
Contract Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic social worker to effectively and efficiently provide a high quality service to children and families.
You will work as a member of Children & Young People’s Service and Social Work team, providing advice and guidance to individuals, families and groups experiencing child care challenges. To work to ensure, wherever possible, that children and young people are helped to remain in their own homes and local communities, wherever this is consistent with their safety and welfare. The post holder will work with children on the Child Protection Register and those who are Looked After and Accommodated as well as ensuring an early intervention service within the locality.
The post holder will be expected to contribute to the development of the team with a view to delivering a very high quality service to children and families.Essential
CCETSW approved qualifications in Social Work e.g. Dip SW/CQSW/CSS or equivalent
Registration with Scottish Social Services Council
A Valid UK Driving Licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
