Social worker - Children in our Care/CIN

A Qualified Social Worker is required to join a busy Children in Our Care/CIN team. This is an initial 6 months contract. Pay rate for this position will be £24.97 - 28 Ltd per hour. Full time candidates will only be considered for this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working with children in need
  • Working with and engaging Young People / Unaccompanied minors
  • Undertaking child and family assessments
  • CP and Child in Need work
  • Multi-Disciplinary work


  • An understanding of short and long term care planning
  • Previous experience working with children in need
  • Experience of working with and engaging children and young people
  • A Degree/Diploma in Social Work
  • HCPC registration & valid DBS
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
