We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Social Media Supervisor to join our client based in Ipswich.

You will be working with a vibrant, energetic team on a temporary to permanent basis. You will get to work with some of the biggest and best fashion brands across the world.

The social media advisor we are looking for will be more than the first point of customer contact - you will be a Brand Ambassador and responsible for ensuring every interaction across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tripadvisor and Trustpilot exceeds customers’ expectations and delivers the best brand experience.??

As the Social Media Supervisor, you will need to ensure that the team delivers an outstanding customer service experience through a continuous cycle of training, coaching, feedback and follow up. You will work towards a 15 minute response time, therefore organisation and precision is key when working on the platforms.

This will be on a temporary to permanant basis so you would need to be able to start work immediately. £9.26- £12.50 per hour

This is working for a 24/7 contact centre, as a result you will be responsible for ensuring that adequate coverage is across all hours of the business including day, nights, over nights, week day and week ends

Due to the working hours and location, your own transport would be an advantage

Key responsibilities;

You will be able to proactively identify and share new training ideas with the management team

To make sure the team are up to date with key information and campaigns

Report on daily social performance and trending topics on social to the management team

Quality monitor the team daily and give on the spot feedback

Ensure that the team are consistently hitting SLA

Crisis and risk management: lead and support the team on how to deliver plan of action

Skills and attributes required;
? Training experience with a background of creating and delivering workshops
? People management experience gained in a contact centre or fast paced retail environment with a background of coaching and developing a team
? Social Media & Livechat experience – knowledge of platforms and service offerings
? Reporting and analytics – handling data and drawing valuable insights to share with the wider business
