My client is a highly successful and well established Travel Tour Operator and are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join their forever growing business!
As the Social Media Marketing Manager you will be responsible managing all their social media channels, plus designing and leading campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
You will also research and analyse social media trends, including social media advertising revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and raise the profile of their brands.
This will involve defining a social media strategy to drive brand awareness, use and create appropriate visual and editorial content to drive maximum engagement to each post across each platform and produce monthly competitor, campaign and overall social media reports to analyse the effectiveness of the campaigns.

Manager - leading a social media team and hands on experience of building and creating social media campaigns
Minimum four years digital & direct marketing experience
Solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers Web Proficiency
Computer Software Proficiency
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques Proofreading and Editing Skills
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customer

Passionate about all things social, with a creative flair for writing and a love of travel this role will be supporting all internal and external communications across multiple communications channels - including all social media channels.
Must be a fanatical and creative content creator.
