An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B2B Social Media Manager to join a London based professional services company on a rolling 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure our day to day social media activity continues to run
- Create social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Supports our campaign activity through strategic social media activity
- Build an employee advocacy program for LI with a 2 phase approach. Phase 1 developing a program around LI profiles, Phase 2 focuses on content and what to post
- Ensure brand consistency on all channels, whilst also adhering to best practice for each platform
- Write creative briefs to get the assets you need to grow your audience
- Report progress and results regularly across the business
- Increase the company's presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
Required experience:
- Proven track record in developing and implementing social media strategies
- Strong experience in managing across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook is necessary
- Understanding of implementing an employee advocacy program
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience working in either a regional or global role
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- B2B experience (or equivalent) required.
- 4 years + in a similar role (or equivalent)
