A new opportunity has arisen with our client based in London, to become part of their highly regarded team as a Social Media Manager
- Development of social media content calendars aligned to our business priorities, considering the overall objective of each channel
-Understanding and reporting on behaviour of social media traffic to our social media channels using insight to inform campaigns and content.
-Understand the customer groups in the business division and the propositions for them.
-Understand the business revenue targets and develop appropriate marketing propositions to support these.
-Work closely with the Marketing Business Managers and Sales and Marketing Team to plan activity and join up overall marketing plans.
-Understand internal stakeholders and input into their management meetings where appropriate, demonstrating the value of harnessing marketing to reach business goals.
-Extensive Social Media Marketing Experience
-Demonstration of strong business acumen used to build marketing propositions.
-Excellent insurance products & distribution knowledge in the intermediary market.
-Proven track record of working with digital platforms.
-Proven track record of delivery of campaigns.
-Effective matrix management experience.
-High degree of knowledge in communications.
-Experienced at managing large budgets.
-High level of communication skills - at all levels of seniority.
