Social Media Manager

Acting as an integral part of the corporate affairs team, you will champion Herbalife’s strategic leverage of social media channels as you ensure our corporate social presence reflects our brand and that our online reputation is enhanced and protected.

Working with the Director, Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy, your remit will include owning content generation, recognising trends, enabling inter-department collaboration and working with stakeholders to support the production of content, engagement and issues management.

You will also work to understand our customers’ motivators and develop strategies and campaigns that will allow us to better service their needs

You will monitor, analyse and evaluate performance too as well as produce regular detailed reports on key metrics, identifying problems and recommending solutions too

Important will be the ability to coordinate the social media activities for all markets across EMEA region as well as provide guidance and expertise.

Social Media Manager - Requirements

Ideally a graduate, preferably in communications, business or journalism, you have a proven track record of using your significant digital, communications and new media knowledge to plan, create and implement social media strategies. It goes without saying that you have experience of new media but what sets you apart is your ability to effectively utilise these channels to communicate information and ideas and balance the creative with the analytical. We would also expect familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and web analytics.

In addition this highly visible role calls for an exceptional written and verbal communicator with an eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously, make decisions and influence a range of stakeholders.
