*To generate new business leads through successful management of the social media strategy.
*Create and manage the daily social media accounts activity. This includes preparing posts, planning, scheduling posting, online advocacy, community-outreach efforts and partnerships with influencers.
*Seek out customer reviews and respond professionally
*Reply to any feedback left in social media comments.
*Work with colleagues, take pictures and make videos with them, and prepare live streams.
*Analyse the results and summarise them in a weekly report.
*Proactively keep up-to-date and educated on social media marketing developments and trends, and, where applicable, implementing these for the brand.
The ideal candidate would:
*Be a social media obsessive, with knowledge on all of the latest social platforms; building and engaging communities on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter and Pinterest
*Be highly enthusiastic and excited about all the possibilities that the evolving landscape of social media represents
*Be well-versed with social media trends and an active user in personal and - ideally - professional life.
*Be proactive and takes imitative to explore new ideas for our client to reach out to new users
*Have knowledge of analytics on social media - you know where the key metrics are and you can evaluate the performance of your work.
*Have some relevant Marketing/PR Exposure ideally at a Marketing/Creative Agency/PR Firm.
*Have had some exposure to marketing - traditional or on-line
*Be fluent in spoken and written English
