Social Media Executive - Premium Footwear Brand

The Job
Responsible for delivering all Social Media activity for this global lifestyle business. Assisting the Social Media team with execution of strategic Social Media campaigns will be a key part of your role, as will assistance with competitor and digital research, reporting, planning and execution of social campaigns, helping to ensure flawless execution of global and regional publishing and other social media activities such as live events. You will have exposure to the broader creative and marketing groups within the business and gain a deep understanding of how social technologies and behaviours impact marketing and communications efforts as well as the enterprise at large.

The key responsibilities:

Collaborating with creative, marketing and ecommerce teams to create global social media content.
Posting and scheduling social media content for the brand across a variety of channels.
Responsible for managing the day to day relationship with the paid social media agency, supporting the Social Media team with creating a best in class international strategy.
Work with a wide range of analytic and publishing tools to ensure first class execution of brand and commercial messaging.
Create/update weekly and monthly reports, ensure this channel is hitting all relevant KPIs
Lead the user-generation content strategy for the international business, pulling through relevant branded content and propelling forward customer uploads.
Supporting the Social Media and PR team with influencer marketing execution.
Updating the team and wider business of newest social media and technology news, contributing to platform strategy development based on this knowledge.
Liaise directly for the PR and E-commerce teams to ensure they are both aligned on marketing strategy.
Support compilation of regular reporting on PR and brand initiatives.
Work with our global customer care teams to ensure a rapid response rate and first class customer contact at all times.
Provide administrative support to the Social Media team, such as scheduling meetings and handling inbound and outbound deliveries.
