Social Media Customer Service
£8 per hour rising to £9.23 after 12 weeks
Leeds City Centre
Shifts: 16-20 hours per week, shift will cover a mixture of early and late shifts, weekend work also included.
Our client, a superb organisation based in Leeds City Centre who are a household name in the UK are looking for a Social Media customer service advisor to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. You will join a fun, vibrant and outgoing team and be responsible for the company's social media, predominantly on Twitter and Facebook. As the Social Media customer service advisor for our client, you will be responsible for responding to customers publicly and privately on social media platforms. Your duties will be, but won't be limited to, the following;
- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, comments and complaints via Twitter and Facebook
- Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner both privately and publicly
- Produce fun and interesting content, utilising images and videos where appropriate
Our client is looking for an IT savvy candidate that can join this exciting Social Media Team. This is an entry level position and so we are looking for candidates that are looking to start their career in Social Media and customer service and learn and develop in this position. The key skills and attributes you will require are;
Twitter & Facebook experience: from either a personal or professional level, you will be familiar with Twitter and Facebook and experienced at posting content, videos, images etc.
Written skills: to have a confidence in writing content that has superb accuracy and is grammatically correct. You will have a professional yet fun tone and be able to adjust your tone depending on what you're responding to.
Communication skills: 1st class customer service skills are so important in this role as the customers always come first for our client
Flexibility: the shifts on offer are not your typical standard working week - it does include weekends
