Job Title: Social Media and Digital Marketer
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Cannock/Remote Working
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all our social media accounts, namely, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
You will liaise with our Sales and Marketing Manager to plan and implement all digital marketing campaigns including website SEO, physical and virtual events, paid (PPC) campaigns, general marketing activities, email marketing, social media campaigns, and display advertising campaigns.
You will be responsible for the management of the content of the company websites and the issue and circulation of press releases and news stories and articles.
You will be responsible for measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
You will also brainstorm and collaborate with internal teams to promote new technology and new market outlets.
You will need to know social media inside and out.
You will need to have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
You will need to be articulate, outgoing, confident and have outstanding communication skills.
You will ideally need to have proven working experience in digital marketing, although we would welcome applications from media graduates.
You will need to have a good knowledge of search engines and Google Analytics in particular.
A good knowledge of website content management systems would be welcome.
An understanding of search engine optimisation would be welcome.
Knowledge of bulk emailing systems would be welcome.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Excellent written English is essential.
Nice to Have
A qualification or experience in article writing and/or website content creation would be beneficial.
