Social Media Administrator

Role includes:

  • Customer facing roles

  • Answering telephone calls to the company as a whole and re-directing calls

  • Answering calls from online customers regarding online orders/returns

  • Taking telephone orders

  • Answering calls from our concession retail partners, taking stock orders if required

  • Email - messaging

  • Answering emails and messages placed on marketplaces and social media (customer messages/queries). Marketplaces include eBay, Amazon, Fruugo, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

  • Post video and other social media content on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

  • Post product listings on our website and marketplaces (training provided)

Working hours are 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 16:30 Friday (39.5 Hours Per Week)

Pay Rate: £8.00

This is a temporary to permanent position (12 weeks)

Additional Benefits & Requirements

  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
