Social Care Trainer, Milton Keynes
Salary - £32K - £38K per annum DOE plus pension and holidays
Full-time - Mon to Fri - flexibility required to travel to different shoot locations around the UK for filming purposes
We are looking for a talented Social Care Trainer to join a fantastic learning solutions provider in the Milton Keynes area of Buckinghamshire. They are passionate about inspiring learners to be the best they can be and improve the lives of others in the social care sector.

You would be working for an innovative organisation who provide exciting training and development material for both care providers and carers. They ensure that their content is fresh and engaging in order to inspire learners to make a positive difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in society.
As their Social Care Trainer, you will be developing learning resource material that will be used by care providers online and passing on your expert knowledge. You will be using your skills to research and create training tools and videos which can range from complex care to moving and handling. This organisation has international reach too, where you will liaise with other clinical staff abroad, allowing you to build even more knowledge.
Excited? What experience and skills are required?
- You will have experience of working within a training, learning or development role within either residential care for older people, community/home care or learning disabilities;
- You will have hands on experience of delivering care;
- Qualifications in education/learning & development
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will also have a full driving licence.
