We are looking for a talented Social Care Trainer to be based close to the Chelmsford, Brentwood and Harlow areas of Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent training provider specialising in the care sector.
Salary £20K - £22K per annum DOE

As their Social Care Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering their range of awareness courses in social care settings. You will have the ability to identify learner needs and adapt your training session to meet their needs, as well as engaging learners. You will be joining a skilled and passionate team and you will play an integral role in the continued success of the organisation.
What experience and skills are required?
- You will have experience of training in the social care sector
- You will have a relevant training or teaching qualification for e.g PTTLS, CTTLS or DTTLS;
- You will have a full driving licence;
- You will need to be organised and able to deliver training and complete relevant paperwork within agreed timescales.
Above all, you will be passionate about providing the highest standard of training at all times. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and you will understand good training practices.
