We are keen to speak to Snr Technical SEO Specialist looking for a Step up into SEO Manager, Or a SEO Manager (must still be hands on SEO/SEM) looking for a new opportunity with a pure play retailer who's focuses heavily on its SEO / SEM as a key marketing function within this well-known Brand in Lincolnshire (Grantham, Newark, Lincoln all easily Commutable), driving acquisition by SEO and SEM.

We are looking for a Digital Search Manager (SEO, SEM) to join the team (1 SEO executive, 1 Jnr SEO) and continue my client's success which currently delivers 70% of its annual sales via SEO Campaigns and building Organic SEO. Ideally you'll have in-house experience but Agency background is also welcome, coupled with experience of Managing PPC campaigns across google, Bing including Shopping. You'll be responsible for the Digital Search Marketing for 2 flagship brands and is a great opportunity to join a leading eCom Company with-out travelling to the City! We are looking for a Technical SEO specialist that can stratergise and implent SEO /SEM campaigns in house to keep driving ROI.

Experience:

• Proven experience of online search marketing (SEO / SEM/ Organic) including large paid search campaigns (PPC), typically for a minimum of 4 years, involving managing agencies and large budgets.

• Proven experience of on-site SEO optimisation.
• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing, including Shopping.

• Proven experience of working within a web development environment.
• Budget management experience.

Experience of communicating and promoting the relevance and benefits of SEO and PPC within a business.
