Due to continued growth, a staunchly independent insurance broker is seeking an SME Account Handler to join their team.

As an SME Account Handler, you will be responsible servicing a wide variety of smaller commercial clients, typically paying premiums up to £10k. Day to duties include, processing mid term adjustments, assisting with general cover enquiries, generating renewal terms, re-broking exercises and handling some new business enquires. Due to the range of different businesses you will be assisting, previous experience dealing with Commercial Motor, SME package, Property and Commercial Combined packages is a pre-requisite.

About you:

  • Good technical knowledge of dealing with SME insurance products

  • Previous experience gained in a broking environment

  • Experience of using Acturis would be beneficial

  • The ability to effectively manage own workload
