Slovenian speaking Customer Service Associate

These opportunities don't come around very often. We are currently looking for a Slovenian speaker to work in a multinational firm that offers database solutions for clients worldwide. This client has recently expanded their territory to Slovenia hence the need for a fluent Slovenian speaker. You will be working alongside a dynamic and outgoing team in the London office where you would be responsible for Customer Service, Client Support, troubleshooting and maintaining client relationships. This role is well suited for you if you speak fluent Slovenian and have previous experience within a customer support role in a corporate setting.

As a Slovenian speaking Customer Service Associate, your main responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy of customer due diligence files during the client on-boarding process . You will be liaising extensively with customers from Slovenia to assist with any queries over the phone, email and chat. You will need to have excellent communication skills in English to deliver first class customer service and support to all executive levels of business, the role is well suited to an accomplished client services professional confident on the phone and dealing with compliance related responsibilities. The role offers great progression to go further up the career ladder into a more Account Management role.


  • Slovenian to mother tongue standard - spoken and written
  • Fluent English - spoken and written to a native level
  • Previous experience within a financial services customer service or client services role is a must!
  • Excellent communication skills and good relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Immediate availability
