Job Description

South Lanarkshire Council are recruiting for Occupational Therapists for the community team based within the Health and Social Care Partnership. The successful candidate(s) will undertake assessments for those experiencing disability because of physical and or sensory impairments. The successful applicant(s) will need to demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and flexibly with people, carers and other services. This is required to ensure positive outcomes are achieved in a timely and responsive manner.

The successful candidate(s) will hold a Diploma from the College of Occupational Therapists, a BSc or higher degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health Professions Council.

Requirements

Candidates should be able to detail any gaps in employment and provide a foreign police check where applicable for any periods living or working abroad.
