Skilled Customer Service Executive - training & progression available

Brookson are a provider of contractor accountancy services based in Warrington. Having gone from strength to strength, we are now looking to hire skilled Customer Service Executives to work within the Business Advisory Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about service, problem solving and retaining customer numbers to continue business growth.

A typical day within the Business Advisory Team includes answering 40 queries, both inbound and outbound, that can range from questions around tax and expenses to year end accounts.

You don't need to be an accountant to answer these queries, however, you do need to be able to learn new information quickly, have the confidence to explain complex queries and always have a professional attitude.

Key responsibilities:

  • Making sure 80% of calls are dealt with at first contact resolution
  • Working within Brookson's values (here to help, intelligent, dynamic, connected and straightforward)
  • Acting professionally
  • Relaying complex information in laymans terms
  • Maintaining records and systems effectively

Person Specification:

  • Previous telephone based experience
  • Resilient
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations
  • Upbeat, positive attitude
