Site Manager - Large Care Home Refurbishment - Hillingdon

Company overview:

My client is a well-established Mid-Size Main Contractor with a trading history of over 30 years. They are comfortably turning over circa £20m and looking to gradually increase this overtime.

They undertake a wide range of projects across, residential, commercial, education and cultural/heritage sectors. Working predominantly within the M25 on a mix of new build & refurbishment projects ranging from £150K up to £2m.

Site Manager Overview:

My client are seeking a Site Manager based on a large care home project in Hillingdon. Project consists of 52 rooms over 3 floors, undertaking full strip out, refurbishment and installation works ready for use.

The Site Manager will have support of Contracts Manager, responsible for coordinating site team, ensuring H&S is upheld whilst liaising with client.

A Site Manager with previous experience of working upon Care Home refurbishment projects will be looked upon favourably.

This is a permanent position, with the opportunity to move onto other projects.

Salary on offer is in excess of £55k + package, including: travel, phone/laptop and pension schemes.
