Your new role

You will be a Site Manager on a small 13 unit development in Wincanton, Somerset. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a Site Manager in a larger operation and looking to step out on their own. You will have sole responsibility for this project and will report directly in to the Contracts Manager.
What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience either running small residential projects independently or have experience on a much bigger development as an Assistant or Junior Site Manager.
What you'll get in return
You will be supported throughout your progress but also expected to manage all aspects of the development yourself including trades management, client liaison etc. You will have a salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per year dependent on experience, company bonus scheme, car allowance and a pension.
