The Client is looking for a Permanent Site Manager to manage their retail & leisure accounts nationwide.
Clients include: Cinemas, Banks, Retail Stores and Hotels.
The Client is looking for someone who has fit out and refurbishment experience across the retail/leisure industry and someone who has a structured career history working for a Main Contractor,
Job lengths range from £100k-£1.5m, lasting from 3-15 weeks.
The role will be very client facing therefore the candidate must have experience with this part of the role.
Live jobs on site at the moment include: Cinema in London, Restaurant in Leeds, Banks in the North West and Offices in the North West. The client is based in the North West however their projects are nationwide therefore the Candidate must be prepared to travel and lodge away from home.
The Candidate will be expected to work weekends as and when required.
Salary: £42,000-£45,000 + Car or Allowance (Dependent on experience) + Package
Certificates required: SMSTS and First Aid.
