My client is seeking to recruit a high quality Site Manager to work on large scale 105 Units Assisted Living Scheme in the North West. My client is a growing Main Contractor, with a focus is on building a strong and committed team, who are dedicated to finding bespoke affordable housing solutions that exceed the expectations of their clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Site Management, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. You will be responsible for bringing projects to successful completion on time, on budget, to the satisfaction of the customer. You will possess excellent communication skills, and be able to liaise with the customer and help them find solutions to their problems and then deliver them by ensuring all staff on site understand what is required and bring it into being. You will have the ability to motivate and inspire all Site staff including sub-contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard on schedule.
