Housing Site Manger, Permanent job, Edinburgh

Your new company
This role is based in Edinburgh working with a reputable, leading housing contractor specialising in a variety of different projects from small apartments to luxury and prestigious executive houses.

Your new role
This position will involve managing new build projects across Edinburgh & Lothians. You will be responsible for overseeing the project from start to end, liaising and managing numerous subcontracts as well as a small/medium labour force. You will ensure that all relevant site paperwork is conducted and health and safety is adhered to at all times.

What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate you will be experienced in managing New Build Timber Kit Housing Projects. You will have a trades background and/or a degree in construction management and have showcased your experience throughout trades management. You will hold a 5 Day SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card.
