Position: Site Manager
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

For the role of Site Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that you maximise the performance of the operation by directing the daily, weekly and monthly activities; providing leadership, motivation, training and development of the workforce, executing against customer requirements, operational performance and "making DHL a great place to work".
Key Responsibilities in this role will include;
* Implement and manage resource planning for Site
* Lead and develop the Site Team
* Investigate / implement DHL initiatives drive value for the Customer and DHL
* Network integration of customer profile to optimise cost savings and unlock synergies
* Succession Planning
* Strategically deploy resource to ensure maximum service levels adherence with minimal cost impact
* Monitor and challenge performance levels across all sites
* Analysis of any special delivery requests and detail impact of changes to the Network and costings
* Look at achieving costs and efficiency for the customer and service
* Strategic management and planning
Key skills and experience in this role will include:
Proven track record of planning and forecasting
Budget management and cost controls
5+ years Management experience
Knowledge of regulations
Ability to balance conflicting priorities
Educated to high school (secondary) standard
Diploma / Certificate in Logistics (desirable)
