***New Site Manager - Residential Scheme - NI Based***

Your new role
You will be tasked with managing a large residential scheme within Northern Ireland, your initial project will consist of 70 units, ranging from town houses and semi-detached properties valued at £4m in the greater Belfast area. You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects is delivered on time and within budget as well as implementing health and safety on site.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have at least 2-3 years' experience of managing construction projects and have an extensive knowledge of the construction industry. You will have a great track record of taking a project from inception to completion successfully. You should have strong communication skills and be highly organised and be able to work in a fast-pace environment.
