Randstad are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager for a family owned contractor, the project is a £2.5 Million steel frame industrial warehouse located in the Thames Valley.

They are seeking a experienced manager who has first hand knowledge delivering similar schemes, this contract will commence March / April.

Overview:

Our client is a successful regional contractor who has be operating for many years across Berkshire, Oxfordshire & Hampshire.

Our client operates across a broad range of sectors which is stated above, the value of works range from £1 Million - £5 Million & form of contracts with range from design & build to traditional, majority of their work load is new build or refurbishment.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction Senior Site Manager or Project Manager ; preferably with social housing , commercial, education, health care experience that you have gained with a regional or national main contractor. You will have an excellent commercial awareness about you; along with strong profit and loss management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast paced, successful and driven construction team.
