You will be working for a leading firm based in the Sheffield area. They have gone through rapid expansion in recent years and are covering specialist projects across the South Yorkshire region. They are currently looking to hire an experienced Site Manager for various projects based in the Sheffield area.
Your new role
You will be tasked with looking after a various projects in the South Yorkshire area. You will manage internal staff, external sub-contractors, budgets, schedules of works, operational standards and other responsibilities. You will ensure health and safety standards are adhered to on site also. You will regularly report to directors/management on project progress also.
This role will require evening and night work.
You must have experience with maintenance and planned works and an electrical background would be advantageous.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to come from an electrical trades background ideally. You will have relevant site management/supervisory experience and have strong organisation and man-management skills and effective communication skills.
You will require a basic DBS in which Hays will supply.
A vehicle will be provided on site.
MUST have: SMSTS, first aid, CSCS, Basic DBS, Asbestos Awareness
