Site Manager - North West London

My client are a Luxury Residential Developer who are currently looking for a Site Manager with a strong Residential background, to work on 73 High End Flats in North West London. As a developer who builds high end products they only work with carefully selected partners and premium brands.

They are seeking an individual who has a proven track record in New Build, High End Residential. As the Site Manager you will be running the new site that consists of 73 High End flats, however they have a number of new developments in the pipeline.

This Site Management role will include;

  • Identifying and procurement of suitable sub-contractors
  • Reviewing and forecasting the latest cost estimates and reporting the relationships with external employers, undertaking valuations, cash flow forecasts, obtaining warranties, etc
  • Negotiating and letting of subcontracts within required timescales
  • Individuals must act to minimise danger and report all potential dangers and accidents to their immediate superior or designated Health & Safety Officer
  • Administration and management of the financial aspects of the development
  • Assisting at all times in maintaining a safe working environment
  • Providing the cost-data feedback to the Estimating Department

The ideal candidate will possess the following;

  • Strong Site Management experience within the Residential Sector & High End
  • Motivated and able to engage with all levels of staff; colleagues and third parties
  • Proven experience managing sites
  • Commercially and financially aware of costing and sustainability
  • Health and Safety focused with the ability to naturally promote a safe working environment
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid
  • Health and Safety
  • RC Frame Experience

Salary - £60,000 MAX
