Have you got previous experience working on residential new build projects? Are you looking for a new permanent career within this sector?

We are currently seeking to appoint a Site Manager in Edinburgh to who specialises in the Residential new build market, boasting a widespread and diverse portfolio of projects.

The Role:

  • Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets.
  • Managing the day to day operation from foundation to completion.
  • Liaising with onsite Sales Executives.
  • Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates.
  • Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process.
  • Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered.

The person:

  • Previous experience working on residential projects is essential.
  • Knowledge of the building process, including NHBC standards and general Building Regulations
  • First Aid qualified
  • CSCS card holder
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
