Linsco are currently looking to source a site manager for a Family run, design and build main contractor with multiple offices in the Cambridge, Peterborough, Northampton, Lincoln and Kings Lynn. Established in the early 1900's and developed into a multi office group incorporating piling, ground works retail and construction.
Due to continued growth and success, this reputable contractor requires a house building experienced site manager for a project in the Cambridge area, building 200 units over the next 3-5 years. To be considered for this role, applicants must have a house building background and be familiar with NHBC regulations.
General site duties include:
- Monitoring health and safety
- Ensuring the safety of sub contract, direct staff and the general public.
- Delivering projects to the highest achievable standard.
- Monitor and modify program
- Manage on site materials
- Typical working hours - 50 hour week
- First Aid
- Other tickets would be beneficial
