Linsco are currently looking to source a site manager for a Family run, design and build main contractor with multiple offices in the Cambridge, Peterborough, Northampton, Lincoln and Kings Lynn. Established in the early 1900's and developed into a multi office group incorporating piling, ground works retail and construction.

Due to continued growth and success, this reputable contractor requires a house building experienced site manager for a project in the Cambridge area, building 200 units over the next 3-5 years. To be considered for this role, applicants must have a house building background and be familiar with NHBC regulations.

General site duties include:

  • Monitoring health and safety
  • Ensuring the safety of sub contract, direct staff and the general public.
  • Delivering projects to the highest achievable standard.
  • Monitor and modify program
  • Manage on site materials
  • Typical working hours - 50 hour week

Required Tickets/Quals

  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Other tickets would be beneficial
