Site Manager, New Build Residential Housing Developer, Berkshire, Up to £65,000 + allowance + bonus

A leading new build residential housing developer, who have an enviable reputation in the market are looking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis for a large site in Reading. Working closely with the Contracts Manager and Senior Management team, this is a great opportunity to become part of a quality housing developer, who can offer career development and a great salary package.

Your new role


As Site Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of site, managing budget, ordering of materials, management of all sub-contractors on site and an assistant site management. You will ensure quality standards throughout, making sure you are working on time and budget, whilst maintaining the high build spec of each home.

What you'll need to succeed


To be successful you will hold SMSTS, CSCS and First aid. You will have previous experience working within the new build residential housing sector, with a driven mentality to delivering quality homes.
