Site Manager needed for New Build project near Carlisle. £1.7m project which is a 2 storey care home.

Your new company are a regional contractor who specialise in working on NHS & extra care projects. Whilst they are not base in the Cumbria region, they have picked up a number of projects in the local area due to their excellent relationship with the end client.
They have a great culture, which promotes forward thinking and they work hard to integrate the latest construction techniques whilst keeping their "family run" feel within the business.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the day to day running of a New Build Care Home project, which is valued at £1.7m. It is a 2 storey extra care facility, including a car park and some other external landscaping.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for health & safety, ordering materials, site inductions, toolbox talks, RAMS, management of sub-contractors, direct liaison with the public, and reporting to Contracts Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
You MUST hold current SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid Qualifications as well as being able to present a CV which details relevant experience working to UK Specifications.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a temporary role initially which will work as a good stepping stone to not only future work with this client (if they continue their growth within the Cumbria region) but also further work with Hays. You will be paid an hourly rate of between £21.77-£22.03 per hour and a minimum of 9 hours per day.
