Housing Site Manager, Glasgow, £40,000 to £50,000 + Bonus

One of the top companies within the House Building market, they have been operating for around 80 years and have progressively grown into one of the most recognised names in the industry. Whilst being a National House Builder they pride themselves on their ability to deliver a local service so this position will solely be based in Glasgow and the West. Recognised as a 5 Star Builder they range from building 1 bedroom apartments to luxury homes at the top end of the market. Due to their consistent growth this company are now is a position to appoint up to Three Site Managers for their business in the West.
Your new role
The company currently have 3 new sites going live in and around the Glasgow area and all will be based on Timer Kit traditional builds. One site will be a mixture of Flatted and New Build Housing whilst the other two will be brand new sites which are larger scale volume builds. With the company continuing to expand there will be great opportunities to progress your career through the business if so desired.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be currently working as a Site Manager and have experience within New Build Housing. Experience with volume housing or flatted sites would be advantageous due to the sites the company are currently recruiting for. You must have valid certifications including SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid certifications. Previous experience working to NHBC standards would be very desirable.
