Site Manager - Decent Homes/Planned Maintenance
£35,000 - £42,000 + Car/Allowance
Leading Social Housing / Maintenance Contractor is looking to recruit a Site Manager to deliver Planned Maintenance schemes in and around Birmingham.
You will be required to assist and support the Project Manager in the programme delivery and replacement of kitchen and bathrooms, central heating upgrades and electrical rewires as well as External Refurbishment to a wide range of tenanted social housing properties across the West Midlands.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the programme and schedule of rates, supervision and monitoring of a team of Foremen and a range of direct and subcontracts tradesmen, client liaison, weekly progress reporting, signing off and authorising works, handover of properties (up to 10 per week) and deal with tenants when issues arise.
- You must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service ensuring Key Performance Indicators of the contract are being met at all times. You must also be able to work under pressure to strict timescales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as Site Manager for a social housing contractor or maintenance contractor. You will either come from a trade background or be qualified to HNC standard holding the relevant site qualifications including a CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
