An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a permanent Site/Block Manager based in South London on a £50m new build scheme. Working for a leading Main Contractor that have grown steadily since starting out over 50 years ago, turning over £200m+ they are extremely busy and delivering extremely high standard projects whilst still maintaining the family run style mentality and processes.

This project is a £50m new build scheme that will deliver 3 RC Frame blocks totalling 200+ units across 5-6 stories, basement parking and nursery. With over 2 years left on site this project is still in its early stages so is at a point of great opportunity for a Site Manager to come in.
