Salary circa £28,000
Working for a company who design and manufacture structures to protect and/or stabilise pipelines and other subsea installations worldwide. They are a small but very busy company whose staff need to be multi-skilled and are currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Foreman who has some knowledge of Quality Health Safety and Environmental management. The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering background.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 quality standards throughout the company.
Take responsibility for the day to day running of the manufacturing site.
Ensure that a safe working environment (QHSE standards) are upheld throughout the site and that QHSE standards are known and implemented.
Liaise with external QHSE advisors and ensure all external audits pass without incident.
Ensure all production work is carried out in accordance with instructions and that materials are to specification.
Ensure all production schedules are planned and executed on time to meet client timescales and budget.
Supervise & monitor site labour, ensuring the correct levels of labour are in place and report sickness, absence and holiday to HR/HO for company employees.
Manage/supervise the QHSE and site housekeeping to the required standards.
Ensure records of manufacture are completed on time and complete site administration as necessary.

Experience of managing staff ideally within the civil engineering or concrete manufacturing industries.
Must have site management experience.
Working experience of QHSE standards
Candidates should have a positive approach and a good work ethic.
Must have good problem solving and solution experience.
Crane driving certificate would be preferable as would experience within the Subsea, Oil, Gas or Renewables sector.

Salary circa £28,000
20 days holiday rising to 25 days plus a day off for your Birthday

40 hours per week - worked between 7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday
